Truck Rolls Over On Route 82 In Union Vale An early morning truck rollover on Route 82 in Dutchess County caused a stretch of the roadway to close temporarily.  The crash happened on Friday morning, Jan. 16, on Route 82 in Union Vale between North Clove Road and Verbank Village road, according to the Union Vale Fire Department.
