A counselor accused of making sexual comments to a client during an online therapy session has been arrested, Lower Allen Township Police announced on Thursday, Feb. 26.
Brian P. Daly, 70, of Mechanicsburg, was taken into custody on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026, after a previously issued arrest warrant was served at the Lower Allen Township Police Department on Gettysburg Road in Camp Hill, according to authorities.

Several people, including a teenager, have been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a 24-year-old man whose body was found in a wooded area of Albany earlier this year.
Jamier Allen, of Albany, was discovered dead from multiple gunshot wounds in the Second Avenue neighborhood near Boenau Street around 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, as Daily Voice previously reported.

DUI, Unlicensed Driver Kills Maryland Hockey Coach, Dad David Funk: 'Unimaginable'
Maryland hockey coach and father of five David Funk was killed by an uninsured, unlicensed, and intoxicated driver in Delaware on Tuesday, Jan 21, authorities confirmed.
State police say 28-year-old Fidel Villatoro-Martinez ran a red light and struck Funk, 51, around 10:40 p.m. Funk was hospitalized, as was his 16-year-old passenger, identified in a campaign for his family as his son, David Jr. Funk died the following day, police said.
Villatoro-Martinez has been charged with vehicular manslaughter, driving without a license, failure to stop, DUI, and more, police said.

Therapist Steals Thousands From Children's Counseling Business In Westbury, Police Say
A licensed therapist is accused of stealing thousands of dollars from a children’s counseling business on Long Island.
Kimberly Clarke, age 44, of Valley Stream, was arrested on suspicion of grand larceny and related charges on Thursday, Nov. 14.
Nassau County Police said Clarke, a former special instructions therapist at Family of Kidz in Westbury, billed the business for 52 therapy sessions that were never performed.
In doing so, she forged five parent’s signatures a total of 52 times on official Nassau County documents, causing a loss of $2,886, police said.
