The stores will be closed through Friday, March 27, CEO Tim Cook said. Online purchases may still be made at apple.com. "In our workplaces and communities, we must do all we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19," Cook said. Lost Apple Watches Recovered In Candlewood Lake Police officers who were training at Candlewood Lake made a special save this week. While conducting training operations at the lake, members of the Brookfield Police Department unearthed two missing Apple watches under approximately 25 feet of water, police said. Once the watches were located, it was determined that they were still operational, even after being lost at sea for two weeks. The watches have since been returned to their owners, police said.
